Meet Marly
Born and raised in New Jersey, ten minutes from the beach, Marly now resides in Fairbanks, AK (very far from the beach). Although she prefers warm weather and salty air, she also enjoys skiing, relaxing in a sauna, and watching the northern lights dance above her cabin. The past four years in Fairbanks, living in a dry cabin without running water, have given her a new perspective on life. To her surprise, she successfully sleep trained her son in a one-room lofted space. Sleep looks different for every family but Marly believes that everyone in the household deserves the sleep they desire!
After graduating from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, she completed her Montessori AMI Assistants to Infancy course in Denver, CO. Training under Judi Orion and Karey Lontz, she learned the importance of setting strong foundations in the first three years of life. Young children live 100% in the present moment, and it is so refreshing to behold. From there she received her masters in Early Childhood Education from Loyola University in Maryland. Most recently, in 2023 she completed her sleep consulting certification through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management.
Marly has over 12 years experience working with families of young children, both in the classroom and as a coach. Her work is multifaceted and her mission is to offer a learning space for caregivers as they navigate the early years of childhood. Her services cover sleep, toileting, and designing purposeful, Montessori inspired, child-friendly spaces within the home. Learn more about her methods and services.
