This package offers 2 weeks of unlimited access to me as we work together to get you and your child the rest you deserve.

  • An in-depth intake form to better understand your child’s sleep (filled out prior to our first zoom call)

  • 30-60 minute initial zoom call to review the intake form and go over further questions

  • Detailed sleep plan for your child outlining age appropriate sleep strategies, bedtime & nap routines, tips for managing big emotions and extra resources.

  • 1-hour zoom call top discuss the plan before you put it into action

  • Unlimited access to me via text or email for 2 weeks so we can troubleshoot in real time as you implement the plan

  • 1-hour zoom call to wrap up the two weeks and discuss any final questions you might have.

60 Minute Call

This basic consultation is great for families who already have a solid sleeper but are looking to tweak some small things. This call does not offer any follow-up support.

  3. Fill out detailed intake form, sign client contract, pay for selected service & book initial zoom call or phone call…

    If you have chosen 2 WEEK PACKAGE or THE WRITTEN PLAN:

  4. Book second zoom call & receive your child’s detailed sleep plan

    If you have chosen 2 WEEK PACKAGE:

  5. Work 1:1 for two weeks - texting, phone calls, emails (some limitations apply)

  6. Schedule wrap-up zoom call at the end of two weeks
